We do not use Customer Content to serve advertising, and we do not use cookies to read or profile the contents of documents you submit to Wisdok.

These are required for the website and application to function and are used for authentication, session management, security, fraud prevention, account access and load balancing. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off in our systems. Blocking them in your browser may prevent parts of Wisdok from working.

Functional cookies

These remember choices such as interface or language settings so that Wisdok works the way you expect. Where they are not strictly necessary, we use them only with your consent.

Analytics cookies

Where enabled, these help us understand how visitors use the public website, such as pages visited, approximate time on page, navigation paths, browser and device type, referring pages and general performance. We use analytics cookies only after you have given consent where the law requires it, and we do not use them inside the authenticated application to analyse document content.

Marketing and advertising cookies

Wisdok does not currently use advertising cookies and does not need them to provide the Service. If we introduce marketing or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and obtain consent before activating them where required.

Some functionality relies on third-party providers, for example for authentication, security, analytics, communications or embedded content. Those providers may set their own cookies and have their own privacy policies. We only enable third-party analytics or similar tools that are not strictly necessary once you have given consent where required. Information about relevant service providers is described in our Privacy Policy, where applicable.

The authenticated application uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for login, secure sessions, security, user preferences and core functionality. These are used to operate the Service and not for advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, block, delete and allow cookies from selected sites and to block third-party cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how Wisdok works.

Where Wisdok provides cookie-consent controls, you can use them to accept, reject or withdraw consent to optional cookies. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Where your browser or device sends a recognized opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will treat it as a request to reject optional cookies where the law requires.

Some information collected through cookies, such as IP address or device identifiers, may be personal information. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy, which also explains your rights.

We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, technology or use of cookies changes. The “Last updated” date shows when it was most recently revised. Where required, we will obtain fresh consent before introducing optional cookies.
